Being a Social Entrepreneur for over 13 years and being a leader myself I understand the needs of Leaders & executives to navigate in this VUCA world. From my 34 years of lived experience, I have learnt that everybody needs reassurance & validation irrespective of their experience, success and positions they have earned in life. Everybody wants to feel belonged, at least to one other person. My aim is to help leaders and teams realise this basic human need and create work places which are safe & trusting for people to be vulnerable, cultivate a growth mindset, feel free to try & fail rather than stay safe & stale, create a learning organisation where people help and support each other, hold each other accountable to bring their best potential at workplace.
