I'm a Spiritual Wanderer & Emotional Alchemist
Embarking on a 34 - year journey, my roles have evolved from a Marketing Executive to a Social Entrepreneur. At the core of my being, I am a spiritual wanderer and emotional alchemist, continuously learning and growing.
While my professional journey spans Marketing and Psychology across various sectors, my current favorite roles include being a Systemic Team Coach and Relationship Coach. Beyond that, I am a loving and supportive wife, a caring daughter, and a go-to person for my extended family.

Mission: Breaking Emotional Barriers
My mission extends beyond the individual to the workplace. I aspire to create environments where teams are self-aware, mindful, empathic, trusting, vulnerable, open, adaptable, and communicate with the intention to understand and be understood. I believe in inclusive workplaces, fostering diversity, equal opportunities, and a sense of belonging. My purpose is helping individuals break free from emotional limitations, promoting self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication in workplaces.
My Philosophy
I am deeply committed to uncovering and nurturing the potential within people, guiding them towards self-love, joy, and gratitude. I firmly believe that it's never too late to become the person you aspire to be. My mission is to help individuals recognize their core values, live each day as if it is the first day of their life, filled with purpose, and actively shape a future with conscious choices aligned with their needs and values.

From my 34 years of lived experience, I have learnt that everybody needs reassurance & validation irrespective of their life experience, success and positions they have earned. Everybody wants to feel belonged, at least to one other person. My aim is to help leaders and teams realise this basic human need and create work places which are safe & trusting for people to be vulnerable, cultivate a growth mindset, feel free to try & fail rather than stay safe & stale, create a learning organisation where people help and support each other, hold each other accountable to bring their best potential at workplace.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO I have found that irrespective of qualifications, experience, age, gender, culture, geography, one thing that people very often go through is Self-Doubt and all they need at that time, is a listening ear and clear mirror to recognise their blocks and realise their potential. I enjoy being a listener and a mirror.
